Get company profile data at the user level during onboarding / strategy creation

Company profile data can currently be pulled from a company page only at the workspace level. The same should work at the user level during onboarding / strategy creation.

This came up when trying to use the LinkedIn company page for InStream Group and needing to create a workspace strategy first, then connect the user to that workspace strategy.
