Improve the new Inputs page UI, based on the Claude Design "Input View" mock.

Scope: fetch the design bundle, read its README, and implement the relevant aspects of Input View.dc.html for the Inputs page (/recordings, UI label "Inputs"). Not started — design reference only for now.
