Revamp onboarding: website scraping + conversational (agent) flow + simplification

Revamp the onboarding experience to be faster, lower-friction, and smarter. Two big bets:

1. Website scraping — let a new user drop in their company/personal website (and/or LinkedIn) and auto-extract context (bio, expertise, tone, topics, brand) to pre-fill the strategy instead of asking them to type everything.

2. Conversational onboarding — replace (or augment) the current 5-step form wizard with an agent-style chat onboarding that interviews the user and builds their profile/strategy from the conversation.
