Scheduled-post migration reconciliation (orphaned QStash posts on direct→Zernio migrate)

When an account migrates to Zernio, QStash-scheduled posts hit the "skip zernio_managed" branch and are orphaned (never published, Zernio doesn't know them). Add reconciliation/sweep to re-schedule or warn.
