Overview

When you capture something, CaptureFlow does a little work before it's ready to become a post. Here's what's happening behind the scenes and what to expect.

Processing and transcription

As soon as your capture finishes uploading, CaptureFlow transcribes it automatically so your Content Agent can understand what you said. This is hands-off and usually takes from a few seconds to a minute or two, depending on length. Your Input shows a processing indicator until it's ready.

Then it's ready

Once your Input is ready, you can talk to your Content Agent about it or generate posts from it. That's when your raw material becomes draft posts.

Video rendering happens later

Turning a post into a finished video is a separate step. When you render a video post, CaptureFlow builds the final file with your captions and branding, which takes a short while. The post shows a rendering state until the video is ready.

Note: You can upload files up to about 2 GB. Very long recordings take a little longer to process.

Tip: You don't have to wait and watch. Keep working, and your Inputs and posts update as they finish.
