Overview
This is the fastest way to go from an idea to a published post. You capture something, your Content Agent drafts the post, and you schedule or publish it to LinkedIn.
Note: Before you start, connect LinkedIn so you can publish. See Connect your LinkedIn account.
1. Capture something on the Home screen
On Home you'll see "What should we capture today?" and a prompt box. Start in whichever way suits you:
Type or paste a thought, or paste a link and we'll pull the page in for you.
Click the microphone to dictate out loud.
Click + to Record Video, Record Audio, Upload File, or pull one From Ideas.

2. Let your Content Agent draft the post
When you send your capture, CaptureFlow opens a conversation with your Content Agent. It reads your input and drafts post variants for you. Click a variant to preview it, and tell the agent what to change in plain language, for example "make it punchier" or "add a call to action".

3. Schedule or publish
On the post preview, use the action bar:
Click Schedule, pick a date and time, then confirm. The post is queued and publishes automatically.
Or click Post Now and confirm to publish to LinkedIn right away.
Not ready yet? Click Save Draft and come back to it later.

Tip: You can see and manage everything you've scheduled on the Calendar.
