Overview

The Posts page is where all your posts live. Browse them the way you like and filter to what you need.

Views

Switch between Grid, List and Kanban. Kanban shows your posts in columns by stage: Draft, Scheduled and Published (with To Accept and Accepted columns when approval is on). Drag a card between columns to move it.

Search, filter and sort

Search by title or caption, filter by status or by type (Text, Carousel, Video), and sort by Newest First or Title A to Z. Use Shared with me to see posts a teammate shared with you.

Quick actions

Each post card has the right action for its stage: Render Video, Schedule Post or Edit Schedule, plus a menu to View, Download, Schedule or Delete. Select several posts to delete them in bulk.
