Overview
As soon as you create your account, CaptureFlow takes you into onboarding, a short guided setup that builds your first content strategy. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes, and you can change everything later.

What you'll set up
- Goals: on "What are your content creation goals?", pick what you want your content to achieve (for example Thought Leadership, Brand Awareness or Lead Generation), then click Continue.
- Audience: on "Who do you want to reach?", choose who you're creating for (Leads, Existing Clients, Partners and more), then click Continue.
- Schedule: on "Schedule your posting plan", choose how many posts per week (1 to 7), confirm your timezone, and pick your posting days, then click Continue.
- Knowledge & expertise: on "Share your knowledge & expertise", import your LinkedIn profile with Import Profile (or Fill Manually) so CaptureFlow understands your background. You can also upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD or CSV) to ground your content. Then click Continue.
- Your content strategy: CaptureFlow generates a strategy with content pillars and formats. Review it, edit any pillar or toggle formats on and off, or click Regenerate for a fresh take. When you're happy, finish with Let's Go!

Note: Importing your LinkedIn profile here helps CaptureFlow build a better strategy. It is separate from connecting LinkedIn for publishing, which you do later in Settings. See Connect your LinkedIn account.
Tip: You can revisit and edit your strategy any time from the Strategy page.
