Overview

Setting up your account takes a couple of minutes. Sign up with Google or your email, then set your name and language.

Create your account

  1. Go to the CaptureFlow sign-up page.

  2. Click Sign up with Google to use your Google account, or choose Or continue with email.

  3. If you use email, enter Your Name, Email and Password, then click Create account.

Note: As soon as you sign up, CaptureFlow takes you into onboarding to build your content strategy. See Complete your onboarding.

Set up your profile

Open Settings and go to the Profile tab.

  1. Upload a profile picture (JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 5 MB).

  2. Set your Full Name and click Update.

Note: Your email address is shown but can't be changed here. Contact support if you need to update it.

Choose your language

In the Profile tab, find Interface Language and pick English, Polski, Français or Deutsch. This changes the whole interface, and your AI-generated content (strategies, posts and ideas) is created in that language too.

Reset your password

Forgot your password? On the login page, click Forgot your password?, then Send reset email. Open the link in your inbox and set a new one on the Set New Password screen. You can also send yourself a reset link any time from Settings, Profile, Send Password Reset Email.
